Who can apply
To get this permit, you must meet basic security and legal standards. You must not have any facts that would prevent you from getting a visa if the authorities knew about them. You must not be banned from entering or staying in Portugal. You must not have an active alert for refusal of entry, stay, or return in the SII UCFE system. What you need to show
You must prove your employment relationship and qualifications. You need an employer declaration confirming your employment contract and specifying if you are a manager, specialist, or trainee. You must show proof of your professional qualifications and experience, or a higher education diploma. You must also prove the connection between the companies. You must show that the host company in Portugal and your company in the third country belong to the same company or group. You must submit several personal documents. These include a valid passport and a completed Model 1 form. You must provide an authenticated criminal record from the country where you lived for more than one year before living in Portugal.
