Spain Social Inclusion Seal: requirements and application

Who can apply
You must carry out your professional activity in Spain. You must be up to date with your tax and Social Security obligations. You must also have an equality plan if the law requires you to have one.[1][2][3]
You must not have any serious criminal or administrative sanctions from the last three years related to your professional activity. You must also have no final sanctions from the last three years for offenses linked to social inclusion actions.[4][5]
Your activities must integrate gender equality, equal opportunities, and sustainable development. You must not cause serious harm to the environment under Regulation (EU) 2021/241.[6][7]
You must develop social inclusion measures with beneficiaries of the minimum income support. These beneficiaries must give their prior consent. The actions you submit for the seal must not receive public funding.[8][9]
What you need to show
You must prove that you carry out your activity in Spain. You can show this with a responsible declaration or other supporting documents.[10]
You must submit either an activity report using annex III or an action plan using annex V. If you submit an activity report, you must include the list of minimum income support beneficiaries you served. You must also include their consent forms and proof of the measures you developed with them. If you submit an action plan, you must prove you are a large company if that applies to you.[11][12][13][14][15]
Documents and application process
You must submit your application using the official templates on the electronic office website. You must apply within the established time limit. You must click the Acceso al Procedimiento button to start. You must select Alta solicitud inside the form.[16][17][18]
You must fill in your email address in the application to receive notification alerts. You must submit all mandatory documents for the application. If you do not let the government check your records, you must upload your ID documents and your tax and Social Security compliance certificates. If you use a representative, you must upload proof of representation.[19][20][21][22][23]
You must use an electronic certificate to sign your application and documents. You must have the Autofirma application installed. You must make sure you are using Autofirma version 1.7.2. All mandatory documents must be digitally signed and in a format that cannot be modified.[24][25][26]
